Higher Yoga: An Elevated Experience of Mind, Body, and Intention
Join us for Higher Yoga, a uniquely curated experience blending movement, mindfulness, and intentional cannabis consumption within the Higher Dining community. This elevated session is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through gentle yoga, deep reflection, and shared healing.
Our journey begins with guided intention setting, inviting you to ground your energy and align your spirit for the afternoon ahead. Participants are encouraged to mindfully consume cannabis as a sacred tool for relaxation, creativity, and self-awareness. Through movement and breathwork, we’ll explore how plant medicine can deepen the connection between body and mind.
Following the yoga session, we’ll transition into a space of storytelling and journaling — moments of reflection and community where participants are welcome to share insights, release emotions, and celebrate their personal journeys.
Higher Yoga is more than a class — its a retreat for the senses, a ceremony of presence, and a reminder that healing can be both joyful and intentional. Come as you are, leave lighter, centered, and inspired.
It is known to be a soul filling and resetting experience.
The ladies of Higher Dining will lead you into intentional conversation and story telling while Alondra will guide you into a deep sense of awareness yoga session and meditation.
Alondra Gibson is a guide, teacher, and space-holder who walked away from her corporate career to answer a deeper calling; to remember herself, heal, and live in alignment.
Her journey led her across the world to Bali, where she completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and immersed herself in Ayurveda, meditation, and conscious movement.
With certifications in strength training, kettlebells, nutrition, and yoga, Alondra bridges the worlds of discipline and surrender, masculine and feminine, strength and softness.
Her classes invite students to slow down, breathe, and return to their inner truth. The place where grounding meets awakening.
She teaches from lived experience: healing is not a theory; it’s a practice.
please note, consumption will be done outdoors — dress accordingly.
